Our end users (employees across departments) are all complaining from the complexity they have to work with in our Databases and tools, and since there is no proper Tasks work flow management our sales team end with following up on a single request multiple times till they get what they want, and we don't have an actual number to report on regarding the delays/ task type or department since the communication channels are via email, WhatsApp and asana as stated above. We don't have a MIS (management information systems) department, nor we have a proper channel to submit requests between departments, this is tacked through emails, WhatsApp groups and Asana. We have very sophisticated live dashboards for most of our departments also on Gsheets, where we use multiple Pivots/ Queries to automate each chart separately (we don't use Tableau nor PowerPI) We don't have any types of Data entry forms, we have restrictions over the cells that are calculated, (mostly Index Matches from the IMPORTRANGE/ SheetGo that we import from other databases), and out users usually end up in editing a 10 cells max (out of 140+ rows) in a 4000+ row table! (we practically have a semi functioning ERP system over GoogleSheets) etc) are manually created by key individuals in each department over Googlesheets, we use IMPORTRANGE (built in function in Gsheets) and SheetGo (3rd party subscription) to connect databases, we also rely on Java Scripts and medium/ heavy coding. etc) and tools (Pricing, Invoicing, Spec Sheets Generators. All of our databases (Sales Orders, Production data, WH Stocks, Procurements AP.
